NANO Sauvignon Blanc ice pops

Have some fun in the kitchen and try these amazing Sileni NANO citrus flavoured Sauvignon Blanc popsicles. They are easy and quick to make and utterly delicious!

Wine pairing recommendation: NANO Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc


INGREDIENTS

3 bottles of Sileni NANO Sauvignon Blanc 

3/4 cup fresh lemon juice

METHOD

Pour the wine and freshly squeezed lemon juice into a mixing bowl. Stir softly and divide evenly in each of the ice block moulds leaving a little bit of space at the top of each mold. Put the tray in freezer for 30 minutes until the wine has chilled and has started firming a little bit. Take the mould tray out of the freezer and insert the popsicle stick in the middle of each mould. This will helps the sticks to stand straight in the moulds. Put the ice block tray back in the freezer and continue freezing over night until solid.
